If it's wrong, we reprint it.
Everything we make is printed to your artwork, so there is no shelf to return it to — but that cuts both ways. What arrives has to match the proof you approved, and if it doesn't, fixing it is on us. Here is exactly how that works, and where your rights under Australian Consumer Law sit above all of it.
Your rights come first
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing on this page limits or excludes those rights. Where anything below appears to conflict with them, the law wins.
The short version
- Arrived wrong, damaged or not as proofed? We reprint it free. Send a photo. You don't post anything back.
- Lost in the post? We reprint it. You don't have to prove anything beyond telling us it never came.
- Changed your mind before approving the proof? Change or cancel in full and we refund you.
- Changed your mind after approving the proof? It's already being cut to your artwork, so it can't be cancelled or returned — but your consumer rights above still apply if something is actually wrong with it.
Before you approve the proof
Every order receives a free digital proof, prepared by a person, usually within one business day. Nothing is printed until you approve it. Up to that moment you can change anything about the order — artwork, size, quantity, finish — or cancel it outright. Email [email protected] with your order number and we'll adjust it or refund it in full. Revisions to the proof itself are unlimited and free.
After you approve the proof
Approval sends the job into production, where it is printed and cut to your artwork. A run of your stickers has no value to anyone else, so from that point it can't be cancelled, returned for change of mind, or refunded on that basis. This is the standard of the print trade, and it is why we make revisions free and unlimited and do not hurry you through the proof.
It does not affect your rights if what we produce is actually faulty — see below.
If it arrives wrong or damaged
If what arrives doesn't match the proof you approved, or is defective — misprinted, miscut, scuffed, peeling, damaged in transit — we reprint it at no cost. Send a photo to [email protected] with your order number as soon as you notice. There is no restocking argument and no requirement to post the order back first.
Where the problem amounts to a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law, you can choose a refund instead of a reprint. Tell us which you'd prefer.
If it matches the proof but the proof was wrong
When you approve a proof, you are confirming that the artwork, spelling, colours, dimensions and cut line are what you want, and we print exactly that. If a mistake survives into an approved proof — a typo, an old logo, the wrong size — the print is correct to what was approved, and a reprint is a new order. This is exactly why the proof step exists and why we don't rush you through it.
If it doesn't arrive
Email us. We'll chase the tracking first — most "missing" parcels are sitting at a collection point. If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we reprint the order. If it went to a wrong address entered at checkout, recovering it is up to Australia Post, and a re-send is a new order — so if you spot an address mistake, tell us before dispatch and we'll fix it at no charge. The shipping policy has the detail.
What isn't a defect
- Colour. Screens emit light and printers lay ink on vinyl, so printed colour will be close to but not identical to what you see on your monitor — bright blues and greens shift most. We flag on the proof anything we expect not to hold. Small variation between production runs is normal in printing.
- Wear from use. Durability claims — waterproof, UV-resistant, rated five-plus years outdoors — assume correct application to a clean, dry, suitable surface. They are not a warranty against misuse, unsuitable surfaces or deliberate removal.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with, through Stripe, who handled the payment. We don't issue store credit in place of a refund you're owed. Once we've issued it, banks usually take a few business days to show it on your statement.
How to raise it
One email: [email protected], with your order number and, for anything about the print itself, a photo. A real person reads it, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm AEST. The terms of service carry the same commitments in their full form.
Something not right?
Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it. No forms, no restocking argument.
