Corflute signs.
Rigid, lightweight, weatherproof signboard — the stuff A-frames, real estate boards, site signage, election corflutes, event wayfinding and shop displays are made of. Straight-cut to any size, or contour cut into any shape you like. Pick a size, thickness and print sides, upload your art, and see the price before you buy.

3mm or 5mm, and it depends how long it stands.
3mm corflute
The standard weight, and right for most short-run signage. Light enough to cable-tie to a fence single-handed, cheap enough to treat as consumable, and stiff enough to hold its shape on a stake or in a frame for a season.
Open homes · events · A-frames · short campaigns5mm corflute
Noticeably more rigid. Worth the step up on anything over about a metre wide, on anything that will be handled repeatedly, and on site signage that has to stay flat through a wet season rather than bowing.
Site boards · large formats · long campaignsBoth are weatherproof fluted polypropylene — the flutes run vertically, which is what gives the board its stiffness and why a sign is stronger standing up than lying flat. Neither absorbs water, so rain is a non-issue.
Two decisions that change the job.
Single or double sided
Single sided is right against a wall, a fence or a shopfront where nobody sees the back. Double sided is for anything people approach from both directions — a corner block, a median strip, a stall, an A-frame. It is the difference between a sign that works half the time and one that always does, and it costs less than ordering two.
Corner eyelets
Metal eyelets punched at the four corners so the sign can be cable-tied or wired to a fence, gate or scaffold without tearing out. Skip them if it is going on a stake, in a frame, or on an A-frame — you would be paying for holes you never use.
A note on cable ties: run them through the eyelet and around the fence rail, not through the flutes. Ties through bare corflute cut into the board over a few weeks of movement, which is exactly what the eyelets exist to prevent.
Any shape. Any size. Make it stand out.
A corflute sign doesn't have to be a rectangle. Send us artwork, a logo, a photo or an idea and we print it in full colour and cut the board to its outline — from a simple contour around a logo to a life-size cutout of a person. Choose Custom shape cut in the builder above, drop in your art (press Remove BG if it sits on a background), and the preview shows you the cut line as you set it.
Custom shapes
Not limited to squares and rectangles. We contour cut around your artwork, so the board takes the shape of the thing rather than a box with the thing printed on it.
To 1200 mm in the builder · bigger by quoteFull colour print
Photographs, gradients, brand colours and fine graphics all print directly to the board — the same press that does the flat signage, so a cutout costs no more to print than a rectangle of the same area.
Photo-quality on 3 mm or 5 mmLife size? Easy.
People, characters, mascots and oversized promotional pieces. A standing adult fits inside the 1200 mm cut envelope in two pieces, or one piece lying down — tell us what you're after and we'll set the artwork up for it.
Standees, cutouts, mascotsYour idea, your shape
You don't need a print-ready cut path. Send the artwork or just describe the idea and we'll draw the cut line, show it to you on a free proof, and change it as many times as it takes before anything is cut.
Cut-line setup includedWhat people cut out
The shape is the whole point — a cutout gets looked at in a way a rectangle on a stand does not. Some of what comes through the studio:
What it costs, and what it needs
A custom shape cut prices at half again on top of the same board straight-cut — that's the second pass on the router plus the weeding, and the builder shows it as its own line in the breakdown before you pay. Everything else is unchanged: same board, same print, same free proof.
For artwork, a transparent PNG or a vector (SVG, PDF, AI) is ideal — the cut line is traced from the edge of your art. A photo or a logo on a background isn't a problem: the builder can remove a white background or cut the subject out for you. If the result isn't what you wanted, order anyway and say so in the notes — we fix the cut line by hand before the proof. Keep important detail about 5 mm inside the edge; a router has real tolerance and artwork that runs to the cut line sometimes gets clipped. If your file isn't ready, send it anyway and we'll tell you honestly what it needs.
Got an idea? Let's cut it out.
Start it in the builder, or send us the idea and we'll work out the shape.

Corflute questions.
The board itself is waterproof polypropylene and does not rot or swell. What ages is the printed surface under constant UV, and how hard the wind works at the fixings. For a season of open homes or a campaign, 3mm is fine. For signage staying up a year or more, take 5mm and use corner eyelets.
3mm for anything under about a metre wide that goes up and comes down within a season. 5mm once the sign is larger, gets handled repeatedly, or has to stay flat outdoors long term — a big 3mm board will bow noticeably where 5mm holds its line.
If people approach from both directions, yes — and it is cheaper than ordering two signs. If it is going flat against a wall, fence or window, single sided and put the money into a bigger board instead.
Yes, and order the corner eyelets when you do. Run cable ties through the eyelet rather than straight through the flutes — ties through bare board slowly cut into it as the sign moves in the wind, which is the usual reason a sign ends up on the ground.
Both, regularly — they are what corflute exists for. Agent boards, open-home signs, auction boards, candidate signage, site and safety boards. Runs of one to a hundred price live in the builder; past that, send it through the quote page for a trade price.
Yes — that's the Custom shape cut option in the builder. We print your artwork in full colour and contour cut the board to its outline, so you get a shape rather than a rectangle with a shape printed on it. Logo cutouts, product silhouettes, characters, mascots, life-size people, party and photo-booth props. Up to 1200 mm per piece in the builder; anything larger is priced by hand — contact us for pricing.
Half again on top of the same board straight-cut. That covers the second pass on the router and the weeding; the print itself costs the same either way. The builder shows it as its own line in the price breakdown before you pay, and cut-line setup and proofs are included as always.
A transparent PNG or a vector (SVG, PDF, AI) is ideal, because the cut line is traced from the edge of your art — if yours is a photo or a logo on a background, the builder can remove it for you (Remove BG, under the preview). If the result isn't what you wanted, order anyway and say so in the notes — we fix the cut line by hand before the proof. Keep important detail about 5 mm inside the edge, since a router has real tolerance. If your file isn't ready, send it anyway: we draw the cut line, show it on a free proof, and change it as many times as it takes.
Regularly — birthdays, weddings, graduations, sports teams, shopfronts and photo booths. A standing adult is taller than the 1200 mm cut envelope, so it's done as two pieces that join, and we set the artwork up for the join. Send a photo at the highest resolution you have; corflute is viewed from a distance, so it needs far less resolution than print you hold, but a phone screenshot won't hold up at life size.
Not by itself — corflute is light, which is why it's good for this and also why a tall cutout blows over. For freestanding pieces we cut a matching corflute foot or you can back it with a cardboard easel strut; for anything living outdoors, fix it to a frame or a fence with corner eyelets. Tell us in the notes how it's going to stand and we'll flag anything that won't work on the proof.
